Guy is a Fellow of the Guild of Professional Toastmasters, following on from an exciting 30 year career in public service. 

 

With his confidence and command in social situations, his friendly, people-orientated and caring approach, Guy will ensure your function proceeds to time and purpose - with the approach and  style he will have agreed with you prior to your special occasion.

 

From his time as a senior police officer, planning and leading high risk operations, he is unflappable; any unforeseen challenges will be dealt with swiftly, often without the client needing to know about them. 

 

Guy is friendly and engaging. He has presence, an excellent knowledge of protocol and etiquette, and has polished organisational and presentational skills.  His grasp of the English language and diction is first class. With a smile, Guy will ensure the event proceeds with a "touch of class", style and gravitas.

Guy is a family man who enjoys travelling, playing sport, his Labrador retriever, and time spent with his family. He takes pride in, and considers it a privilege to help to make for the most enjoyable day.

Training

 

Guy qualified as a Fellow following a lengthy, demanding programme run by the Professional Toastmasters' Academy. This is the training arm of the Guild of Professional Toastmasters, founded 1968. Following initial interview, rigorous training course, shadowing of experienced Guild Toastmasters, a demanding written exam, successful observations at his own events, followed by final interview, Guy was welcomed into fellowship. The Guild covets an enviable reputation for practising to the highest standards. It is reassuring for his clients, that Guy will provide a first class, professional service.
